About us
HFS London is an experienced provider of accommodation and we have
built relationships with educational institutions in the UK and abroad. We work
predominantly with UK and international students and visitors to London. Our
accommodation options fall into two categories:
Homestay (Host Family) Accommodation
We have hundreds of host families registered with us across London zones 1-4.
We work to specific standards when inspecting new host families to ensure that
visitors will be welcomed in a safe, clean, Homestay environment. All our host
families will have been visited individually by our accommodation team prior to
being registered. We also carry out periodic re-inspections to ensure that the
highest Homestay standards are maintained. At HFS London, we have all been host
families ourselves and/or lived abroad within a host family. As a result we
genuinely recognise the benefits of this form of accommodation and can empathise
with the potential issues faced when visiting another country.
Homestay is an excellent way for a visitor to start their time in London. Guests
will stay with their host family from two weeks to one year. If later our guest
requires more independence, then we can help with numerous options outside of
Homestay and the host family environment. We are one of the very few host family
providers that can cater for a visitor’s entire stay in London.

Short or Long term Lettings
Over time we have built relationships within the London property industry and
now closely partner Field & Sons estate agency (head office in London Bridge).
Field & Sons has over 200 years experience in the property market and are ARLA
accredited/bonded for the provision of lettings. Their network of central London
offices is a platform for us to recruit new host families and source appropriate
alternatives to Homestay accommodation.
Whether you are a student in a London university or language school, a tourist
or professional, we can organise your accommodation. We have access to over 100
properties to let in London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Wapping, Kennington, Vauxhall,
Canada Water, Docklands and City and East London and outside at any one time. If
you are looking for budget accommodation (perhaps after your stay with a host
family), then we have access to numerous licensed apartments and houses that let
to guests on a room by room basis and on flexible terms. If you are an executive
visitor and you want a central London apartment, then we can organise short or
long term tenancies from one week upwards.
How we can help Educational Institutions and Landlords
If you are an educational institution and are looking for a new Homestay
provider or new residence style accommodation to offer exclusively to your
students, then please contact us to see what options we may be able to offer. If
we do not have it on the register then we may be able to source it for you.
If you are a landlord with one or multi properties and are looking for tenants,
then please also contact us to discuss how we can help. Through our partners, we
are able to provide either a full standalone property management service, or a
combined lettings and management service at very competitive rates. This is
especially beneficial for landlords with multiple properties. We are also happy
to manage property for overseas landlords.
