Reserve your host family accommodation
Please ensure you fully understand the information below. Then click ‘submit’ to continue to the application form:
- Please fill in the application form carefully
- All questions marked with ‘ * ’ are compulsory and must
be filled in
- Once we have your completed application, we will contact you to confirm your requirements
- You will then be sent a detailed shortlist of matching host families and be asked to choose your preferred host families.
- Please come back to us within 48 hours as host family availability changes on a daily basis
- If you wish to make a reservation, we will send you an invoice that you will need to pay in full in advance of your arrival and we will also ask you to send us:
- A copy of your passport, ID card, and/or Visa
- An acceptance letter from your place of study/work here in London
- Payment will need to be made by bank transfer only. We do not accept payment by credit card or Paypal.
- The booking will be confirmed only when full payment and all documentation has been received
- You will receive a booking confirmation letter with full contact details of the host family and we will then ask you to make introductions and discuss arrival arrangements.
Please remember that the more flexible and open you are in your application (for example, when choosing your meal plan, whether to live with children, pets, or with a host family who smokes), the more options we will be able to suggest for you.
