Stretch out in the summer

Drop-in yoga classes take place on the grass of Finsbury Park throughout warmer weather and are open to all. You don’t normally need to book these in advance and can find more information on times, styles and prices online. Even if you’re not a yoga enthusiast normally, try it out: a nice stretch can set you up for the whole day, and you’ll be able to reward yourself with a well-earned big slice of cake afterwards! There’s other sports and groups taking place in the park year-round, so look up what’s on before you leave the house.

Tour the Emirates Stadium

Even if you’re not an Arsenal fan, the tour of the Emirates Stadium is well worth doing. You can view football memorabilia and learn more about the history of the club. This isn’t recommended on a matchday, as the whole area will be crammed with fans both home and away, but otherwise is a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Go bowling!
